Experience
I have spent the past several years of my academic career taking a vast variety of classes in the Biology field. I was a Biology major in Undergrad and received my Masters Degree in Biomedical sciences. I feel that I have acquired a strong knowledge foundation in the biological sciences, and that I would do a great job using that background and knowledge to teach others. I completed a few different biology research projects in undergrad at University of Michigan- Dearborn, and served as the leader of the "Cellular" part of the biology club. I look forward to the opportunity to share my love of biology with you. As your tutor, I will help clarify subjects of confusion, and figure out what learning style works best for you. I'm great at coming up with analogies to help put the material into a context that is more applicable and relate-able to each student, so that the information is easy to understand. I can also help share all of my different studying techniques and strategies, including all that has helped me to get into Dental school and to where I am today.

Hobbies
In my free time, I enjoy skiing, golfing, and tending to my saltwater aquarium. I used to play hockey, and used to be a ski instructor. When I'm not studying for my dental school classes, I like to watch movies, cook, and spend time with my wife. I love to travel and experience different cultures. I've recently become more interested in photography. I also really enjoy being active, and have been trying to experience all that Michigan's nature has to offer. I've been taking all types of science classes for the past ten years of my life. Between my biology major in undergrad, and my biomedical sciences Master's degree, I've had more experience in science classes than many. My science background is further reinforced everyday at dental school, where I am currently in my second year. I have a very good grasp of the biological sciences, and would love to help others understand and appreciate science as much as I do.
